Wei Dai

Wei Dai is a film producer and project manager originally from Beijing and currently based in the Upper Valley, New Hampshire. 

Wei works across development, production, and distribution, turning ideas into finished films and getting them in front of audiences.

He is currently an Associate Producer and Assistant Editor at Without Exception Films, where he manages productions, editing workflows, and impact campaign screenings for documentary and narrative projects. 

He also produces independent films and occasionally teach filmmaking workshops that help fellow storytellers create films using accessible tools.

Wei received an MFA from University of Southern California’s Peter Stark Producing Program, and a BS in Film and Television from Boston University, where he also minored in Political Science.
